2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, packaging, ingredients, and descriptions accurately. However, screen settings and photography may cause slight differences in the appearance of product images.

Please read product descriptions and ingredient information carefully before purchasing. If you have concerns about an ingredient, consult an appropriate professional before use.

3. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may contact you to verify your order or clarify information.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if information is incomplete, delivery is not possible, a product is unavailable, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the law and our refund policy.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges will be shown or communicated during the ordering process.

We may update product prices and promotions without prior notice. Any change will not retrospectively alter a confirmed order except where permitted by law or agreed with the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage.

• Standard shipping charge: Rs. 250 per order, unless otherwise stated.

• Estimated delivery: Up to 4 days under normal conditions.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Open Parcel and Product Seal

An open-parcel facility may be available at delivery, subject to courier procedures. Customers may inspect the parcel without breaking the original bottle seal.

For hygiene and product integrity, products with a broken, removed, or tampered bottle seal are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind or personal preference, subject to applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund requests are handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product Information and Intended Use
